Why we started Ordonez & Company
After years working inside the construction industry — managing projects, reviewing contracts, and watching what happens when owners don't have proper representation — our founder saw the same story play out repeatedly: well-intentioned homeowners signing contracts they didn't fully understand, paying for work that wasn't complete, and finishing projects over budget and behind schedule.
Ordonez & Company was founded to change that dynamic. We bring the same level of scrutiny and advocacy to residential construction that sophisticated commercial developers take for granted — and we make it accessible to homeowners building or renovating their most important asset.
Based in South Florida, we serve clients throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County. Every project we take on receives our full attention and the same standard of care we would apply to our own homes.
